Grilled Salmon with Roaster Asparagus

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season salmon fillets with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill salmon for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
  4. Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Roast asparagus in the oven at 425°F for 10-12 minutes, or until tender.
