This air fryer salmon is super simple to make, is packed with flavor, and is great for you too! Salmon is packed with omega-3, which helps with inflammation and is beneficial for your oral health by making your mouth less susceptible to gum infections.
Ingredients:
- Salmon
- Dijon Mustard
- Old Bay Seasoning (or any preferred dry rub)
- Veggies of your choice
Directions:
- Spread salmon with Dijon mustard
- Season heavily with Old Bay seasoning
- Air fry at 400 for 12 min
- While salmon is cooking, sauté your vegetables how you like them
