Ginger Tzatziki Chicken Wraps

Indulge in the delightful flavors of Ginger Tzatziki Chicken Wraps, featuring succulent grilled chicken marinated in a ginger-infused blend, wrapped in crisp Romaine lettuce leaves, and topped with a tangy homemade Tzatziki sauce. For the Marinade:

  • 2 lbs Chicken, diced
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Ginger Powder
  • 4 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

For the Tzatziki Sauce

  • 1/4 Cup Cucumbers, finely diced 
  • 1 Clove Garlic, minced 
  • 1/2 tsp Dill, dried
  • 1/4 tsp Salt 
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper 
  • 1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt, low-fat

For the Wraps:

  • 6 cups Whole Romaine Leaves 
  • 3/4 cup Cucumbers, sliced  
  • Kabob Sticks


  1. Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl or zip lock bag and allow chicken to marinate for at least 30 min.
  2. Mix Tzatziki Sauce ingredients in a bowl and allow flavors to marry together for an hour or two.
  3. Once marinaded, assemble chicken on kabob sticks and grill until fully cooked.
  4. Place several cucumber slices in lettuce boats followed by the chicken kabob and top with Tzatziki sauce.
  5. Plate and Enjoy!
