Dr. Frank Schiano is a respected orthodontist, educator, and leader who is dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles through personalized, evidence-based care. He earned his dental degree from the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine and completed extensive advanced training, including an Advanced Education in General Dentistry, a Certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, a Master of Science in Dentistry in Orthodontics, and a Master of Arts in Dental Education.

Committed to clinical excellence and lifelong learning, Dr. Schiano is an active member of the American Dental Association and the Massachusetts Dental Society. His professional accomplishments have earned him numerous honors, including Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry and the Pierre Fauchard Academy. He has also been recognized among Boston’s Best Orthodontists and selected as an American Association of Orthodontists Emerging Leader, highlighting his commitment to advancing the specialty of orthodontics.

In addition to caring for patients, Dr. Schiano is passionate about education, mentorship, and service. He serves as President-Elect of the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine Alumni Association, Chair-Elect of the Metropolitan District Dental Society, and Chair of the Committee on Administration for the Joint Commission on National Dental Examinations. He is also the President of Project Stretch: Dentistry Reaching Out to Children, an organization focused on expanding access to dental care for underserved youth.
