Dr. Jarshen Lin has served as an Endodontist at Massachusetts General Hospital, affiliated with Harvard Medical School, for over two decades. He is widely respected for his clinical expertise, depth of knowledge, and professionalism, providing patients with the highest standard of endodontic care.
From 2000 to 2024, Dr. Lin also served as Director of Predoctoral Endodontics at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where he led clinical development and mentored generations of future dentists.
Dr. Lin earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Northwestern University and completed his specialty training in Endodontics at the University of Michigan.
In addition to his clinical and teaching roles, Dr. Lin serves as an editor and contributor to several leading dental textbooks and professional journals. His recent textbook publications with Quintessence Publishing include Endodontics Review (1st ed., 2017; 2nd ed., 2023) and Clinical Endodontics (2024).
Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Lin has received more than twenty professional honors, including awards from American Dental Education Association, American Dental Association, and American Association of Endodontists. He is the recipient of the prestigious Edward Osetek Educator Award from the American Association of Endodontists. Most recently, he received the Partner Keystone Award from Girl Scouts of the USA and has been named a “Top Dentist” by Boston Magazine eight times since 2017.
